The work culture is a joke. Chileans are the laziest culture in terms of work and business. That is why customer service here sucks.

The government is slow, inefficient and retarded. Anything you can do in 1 hour outside of Chile may take you a day here when dealing with the government. And no one really knows the laws, so depending on which government agent you interact with, you can get 2 different stories on the same topic.

But it is a beautiful country and safe. No violent crime.
