Moving to other company

Because of always delayed payment of salary, economically always in the loosing end and planning to move to other company. 3 more months remaining and my WP will expire and no plan to renew it, Any advice from our senior forumer as when to start and how . by the way i worked for 6 years for the said company and one clause in the work agreement says 3 months notice period if employee want to resign. but im not resigning i just want to finish till the expiry of my WP is this move possible or not? and what are the pros and cons if i wait till the expiry of my WP.

Hi,

if you dont want to exit the country to change jobs then there is something called as employee mobility, below is the link for the same from LMRA.
