Hi everyone,

Need a quick review from all of you....I'm going through an offer for Electrical manager with 13 years in a construction company. What is the desirable payscale for this post and experience??
Min. And max. That I should be getting!

I am yet to receive an offer, but I think it will b around 1200 BD

Please suggest

It varies a lot depending on the company, industry etc etc. In the end it comes down to what is needed to maintain your standard of living and generate savings.
