Currently i am staying in Senai , Johar Baru and i am working in one of the private company as a Expat and basically i am from Bangalore And deputed here for 2 years.
Now my problem is i am having a salary account in BSN bank in which i am not able to transfer the money from Malaysia bank to Indian bank.
Even i visited UOB bank they said do not have option to transfer the money directly from MYR to INR.
So which bank is good for transferring the money form MYR to INR.

hi.. You may use "e-remit". Its a good and convenient way to transfer money to India.

If we send directly to savings bank account in India it will going to consider for Taxation or Not ?

As long as its sent to your NRE account in India and the malaysia income is tax-paid, those savings dont need to be considered as taxables.
