AED450,000 annual salary in banking sector

Hi everyone,
I am being offered a banking role in Abu Dhabi. i am married 46 yrs old with wife and 3 kids (14, 11 and 9 yrs old)

Offer as follows :
Basic Salary AED450,000 annual (AED38k monthly)
Housing Allowance AED 150,000 per year
Education Allowance AED20k per child = AED60,000k total 3 kids
Car Allowance AED40,000
Ticket / Vacation Allowance AED40,000 (2 biz / 3 eco for kids)
Relocation AED (nego)

Would this be a good move? thank you in advance for the advice.

I think it is a pretty good offer! with all the housing, car, ticket, education allowance plus they will give you health insurance.

Hi,

Nowadays finding job is a very difficult task in UAE and gulf region in general , banks are suffering from slow business and already started painful reductions and cut cost for last two years. My opinion is to proceed with this opportunity and wish you the best.

If possible you can talk to me and give advice since i'm also still looking for job opportunity.
