You need to be more clear in your question. Right now, no one can understand your question.
If you have any problem (and I really mean ANY) with your passport, you need to contact Pakistan Embassy in Jeddah. That's your all-in-one-solution.

The OP is unclear but it seems his passport is in Pakistan but he's in Saudi.
As this leave the OP in a very difficult situation, I must agree with the poster above and recommend an urgent trip to the local Pakistani embassy.
