An online search will give you an idea of salaries. If working for a local company the salary will be a lot lower than working for an international company on an expat package.

If you going to find a job there, the max salary will be 1.5k SGD for manager position at construction base company.
Try to find international company or get transferred to Myanmar from your current country and you'll get higher salary range.
