Doing it right now...
1. Hire a company to help you... $$$
2. Find an unlicensed person that specializes in VN K-1 Fiance visa... $$
3. Do it yourself. Search K-1 visa.. $
....it takes time and must have a clean record.

Go to travel.state.gov, select the visa section, go to family based and read through k1. It is not rocket science. Then post specific questions.
