If I am taking final exit from ksa is it possible to go to uae directly from ksa with a visit visa(arranged by my relative in dubai) or should i go to my own country before going to uae??

Hello Brother,
I relocated to UAE from Saudi Arabia taking final EXIT along with my family. My employer in UAE issued to me and my family a tourist visa. We came here with no issues and our tourist VISA was later converter to residents VISA with out any trouble.
Hope this clarifies your question

You can go from KSA to UAE. No need to go home country
