I am planing to move from KSA to Dubai soon and I have a few questions if you please help me with your experience.
1- Can I issue employment visa from KSA or should I return back to my country (Egypt) to issue it.
2- I had an issue before with KSA that my bachelor degree is different from my job title (My bachelor degree is Tourism and Hotels Management and my Job title is Graphic Designer) will I face the same issue with UAE or not.

I believe you can directly go to UAE. No need to go back to your home country.
