I live in Pantai Indah Kapuk, East Jakarta and I had had an interest in sculpting for quite some time now. I've yet to find a good instructor or course. If you could recommend me some, it would be amazing. ☺

Absolutely no clue but the local galleries might well know the right people.
Have a wander around a few. You'll meet interesting people anyway and might well get the contacts you're looking for.
