I will be much happy to know more about the visa category to select and apply for fiance,
I am a little confused to which form I should fill.
Is it the same as “Au Pair" visa?

The category for applying Fiancee Visa in UDI is under the Family Reunification
https://www.udi.no/en/want-to-apply/family-immigration/
Just select the fiancee option.

Under What kind of family member are you?, choose the third one which says Those getting married

If you want to apply for finance visa then you need to fill form for finance visa and fulfill its requirements, not for au pair. Some steps while applying can be similar category is totally different,.
