Hi I can only suggest you courses in Petaling Jaya. Here's a message I recently received from them.
Hi, kindly informed that there's a new intake for Mandarin level 1 class. Start date on 22nd October (Sunday) @ 10am to 12pm. Please register with RM 100 deposit or full amount of RM 320 if you're interested to join. Thank you, Ringo language centre.
