I'm pharmacist (pharmD) with 9 years of experience , my husband is a general practitionner with 13 years of experience.
my husband has an offer with 10000 SA salary and 5% percentage (more than 30,000)
we have two children (4 and 2 years old), I want to know if this an interesting salary or not?
what is the salary of doctor in pharmacy?
is this offer worth the cost even if I did not have the chance of an offer?

As GP Salary not revised in SA since more than 30 years and at present still starts at 4000 SAR as basic,
in that case 13 yr experience he should expect a salary of 4000SAR +13 (yr of exp)×5%=65% of 4000=3200 SAR +4000=7200 SAR Would be his basic salary
+ housing 1800 /month(25% Of basic) = 9000 SAR +400 Transpirr allowance =9400 SAR + 35% (Other allowances) of basici.e 2520 SAR+9000 SAR =11920 SAR would be minimum MOH (Govt.) Salary at 13 yr experience after MBBS

Just read 5200 instead 3200 (65% of 4000 ) would increase minimum salary to 13000 SAR +
