i have a Job offer in Papau and will be based in Kokopo province. With a salary of 3,000 kina.
Can anyone please help me how much is the cost of living and is it safe to work in that place?
Is the salary i will be earning is enough working in Kokopo

Is that salary before or after tax as it seems low, only US$1000. Tax would be about 25% or more.

Hi,
Based on my employment contract the 3,000 kina is tax exclusive. The company will provide accommodation, transpo and even payment for utilities.
Is this enough for working in kokopo?
