Hello hello expat friends,
I'm heading to Bordeaux again after a failed attempt to move things along in a new little Apartments I bought.
French seem not to be motivated by money. No one shows up ( plumbers, carpenters, electricians). Is this normal?
I'm having a hard time getting anything done. Floors, painting and someone to help speak French to workers and fetch a few things via la bon coin.
Any advise on Help?

Yeah it's normal here. When they finally return your call, they either turn up an hour late for the RDV or they don't turn up at all. Good luck.
