TRAFFIC VIOLATION TICKET IN OTHER CITY

Dears,
Recently I went to Madina, When I reached back  in  RUH I received 3 SMS notifying 3 Violations (SR300 each Span of 11 seconds)for speed (25km/h range), surprisingly 2 violations are same time.

Violation Timings as follows.
1. 13/12/1438 @ 10.17
2. 13/12/1438 @ 10.17
3. 13/12/1438 @ 10.28

I went to Nasriya Traffic dept, succeeded to get & fill (Arabic) complaint form and got a letter from one counter.
After this I'm lost, not knowing what to do, I went every offices possible from my side and asked to go to other offices.

In my lil Arabic knowledge I can read the letter is addressed to Traffic police- Madinah.

Kindly let me know if anyone one of you, what actions can be taken as I can't travel again to Madinah.
