Hello everyone
My name is Armel Constantin I'm working in UAE as electrical engineer with HND (Higher National Diploma ) holders and want to apply for DEWA OR ADDC exam.
My certificate has been attested by ministry of foreign affairs in UAE.
Can I apply with this diploma or they need only degree ? Please I need advice, documentation required , experience required.
