Dear Guys
i am looking to migrate to Lithuania and i would like to know if i can get residency through purchase of real estate in Lithuania ,is this option available ?
as while i am searching a company offered me to won 33% of a company where i shall be owning a land of 2000 sq for 55K and based on this i shall get residency for me and my whole family , so is this for real or that's a scam ?

I would check Lithuanian Migration website for more details. I'm not sure rules for real estate/investment but I would definetely do some more reseach about the offer you have
