if you wish to study medicine in the Philippines, you must have a pre-med course. i mean you have to finish a 4 or 5 yr course related to medicine - BS Nursing, and all science major courses before you can enroll in the proper Medicine course. 

that is how it is here.  anyway, search their websites online. here's a list of good/best medical schools in Cebu City.

1. Cebu Institute of Medicine
2. Cebu Doctors University
3. Gullas College of Medicine
4. Cebu Normal University* (not sure if they offer Medicine)
5. Velez College* (not sure if they offer Medicine)
