Final Exit. Iqama Expired

Hello Team.

My name is Samad. I am an indian living in riyadh. My iqama expired on 2nd June 2017. As my company did not renew my iqama. I have requested for final exit. The company accpeted my final request.

However, the company had not issued my final exit and they come up with some or the other excuses to delay it. I am at home last 3.5 months without salary and services.

The company is not taking the issue seriously and delying for unnecessary reason. I have also payed 4000 SAR to the company to complete the formalities. As informed by the company that there are certain charges required to be paid for issuing final exit.

Can you help me with a way. By which i can go final exit. Is there a department where i should go with my problems. So that i can get final exit and go home.
