if he is registered company . you can contact Economic department which is very active in this . other wise you can report to police station and they will help for sure .
if you are more specific that will be more helpful

Thank you for answering. I only know the name of the company and they even gave me the address of the said company. How can i know if that is registered? I order from philippines and i have the copy of all my transactions and also the passport copy of the seller
