There is Employment agencies and personnel search (EA Directory) mentioned on MOM website. is their any advantage of filling EP through one of these registered Employment agency ?

MoM dislikes agencies and prefers cemployers applying themselves for EPs.

if its a disadvantage, then MOM will never ask use this services to check the agencies' service quality and performance, and shortlist and compare different employment agencies.

The employment agency industry is full of bad apples and the job seeker has very little chance of knowing them beforehand. Therefore MoM regulates and monitors them - but that doesn't mean they like it!
