Cyberjaya is a quiet backwater - basically a large business park with a few shopping facilities, condo developments and serviced apartments. Consideration may be the lack of availability of public transport. Here is a property portal to browse. https://www.iproperty.com.my/rent/cyber … sidential/
You may find living at one of the Malls, e.g. DPULZE Shopping Centre as one option or a more remote garden condo. But do be aware that many people find Cyberjaya just too quiet.
