Hello, my old Samsung Neo Pocket stopped working a month ago, it just sticks around the samsung logo screen. I think I know how I could reset it, but then I would lose all my contacts, so I need some specialist.
Could you recommend me a trusted mobile repair shop? preferably in the center of Malta. I know there is one in Hamrun High Street, but I have gone to that shop for other matters and their professionalism hasn't impressed me to be polite, and I wouldn't trust my mobile and contacts.
