Hi,
I would be grateful for advice . We are considering buying a property in Nice for our own occasional use(prior to retirement) and would hope to let out as a holiday let to offset some of the costs.We have been advised that to attract the tourist market it needs to be near the beach. I would be grateful if anyone on the forum has relevant experience of this type of letting and how many weeks letting you could reasonable expect to achieve.

Hi,
Given the recent fall in the pound (yet again) we do not feel that now is the time to invest in Nice, so are currently putting our plans on hold.
But thanks for your interest.
