Hi,
Im looking for a solicitor to help buy a bungalow in that area. From what I can read then its more or less common that a solicitor in spain will charge between a half and one percent of the whole ammount of the property? That sounds crazy to me as it should be a straight forward process. Im hoping to find one working on hourly basis, can anyone recommend one?

Please look in the BUSINESS DIRECTORY, that's where any recommendations should be posted.
If you want to hire a professional, then expect to pay a fair market price for the service provided. If it's such a straight forward process, you could always do it on your own and spare that expense then.
