Buying in bulgaria

We have just brought in banavo close to Burgas which is about 20 k from sunny beach. We used a company and the rep was outstanding and took us to a number of properties in different areas which gave us the opportunity to compare different places  and different style homes. She was very knowledgeable and supportive. She takes you everywhere to view there is a cost per kilometer (minimal) but this is retrieved if you buy. If you want the details ms me good luck.

The basic steps are as follows:

1. Identify what kind of property you need and the budget;
2. Find a good real estate agent and ask for a list of suitable properties;
3. When you have identified 3-4 possible options, plan a visit to Bulgaria to seem these in person;
4. Register a company in BG ( approx. 300 Eur.)
5. Check the property with a lawyer - any debts, mortgages, unpaid taxes etc. ...
6. Buy what you've selected

as simple as that

Good advice from Kristainn, not sure on item 4 regards BG company though?
(I don't think that is necessary now?)
