How much does the typical restaurants gross in tourist towns ?

Hi all. I just got back from a vacation to Montenegro. I live in NYC and work full time in accounting/financial services. Montenegro is a beautiful country and it looks to have much potential. I was thinking about possibly opening a cafe/restaurant and had several ideas about this. I read that the country really promotes foreign business ownership and it is very cheap to set up a business. If I was to open a business open only during the summer peak season, what could I expect to profit. I know the numbers can vary wildly, but what does the typical pizzeria restaurant/cafe gross during the summer season?

One thing I did notice is some hotels that look like they were stopped halfway built and never completed and abandoned. Or maybe they just were not done yet. How does the outlook look for Montenegro as a destination for investment.
