This seem like some Moroccan side accent.

A- kifk - How are you
B- Alhamdulah, W teena - Fine thank God, and you
A- Taana lhamdolah - Iam fine thank God
B- Mzyan - Good
A- Kt7by elkbeer yak ? - ( asking about liking something )
B- kif ya3ni - What does it mean
A- Fyn teena - Where are you
B- Fdar , wtinaa - at home, and you
A- F jalasat, shisha ( i know) , Aji hnaya - iam in (jalsat could be a name of cafe or sitting) smoking hooka, come over
B- M3amn tinaaa - who are you with
A- Issam - Issam (name of a guy)

this is not very accurate, but enough to understand it.
hope this helps
