Profession changing in iqama

Labour visa guys can take family visit visa ???

Dear All,

My previous company was unable to renew my Aqama so I had to take transfer to another kafeel. At the same time, I have to travel to India on 16th under any circumstances. My new kafeel ( his Pakistani employees) unable to renew Aqama from past 3 days and had asked me to do it on my own. Please advise as to how I can do this as I do not have sufficient time as well. Please help guys. Am ready to spend whatever it takes. Any leads any help will be appreciated

One of my friend iqama was expired on 24th of March. He is planning to go back to India. Anyone assist me regarding this what is the procedure ?

Is thr any updates regarding profession change? Anyhow Ramadan is over now...
Any guess that when it ll open? Is thr anyother possibilities?

One of my friend iqama was expired on 24th of March. He is in Riyadh and planning to go back to India. Anyone assist me regarding this what is the procedure ?

I have seen this option on SCE webpage in my profile. As it mentions that the service is limited to SCE members who left the country and returned with a new iqama.
The question which arises in my mind is, will they be able to change the profession of people who did not leave the country but are valid members of SCE?
Is there anyone who can reach the SCE office and inquire about this please?

I see this message on Ministry of Labour website about changing profession updated yesterday.
or may be it is like this for a long time, not sure.

I have one question, please share if any one knows well & has experienced the same !

I am on vacation, my multiple re-entry visa is going to expire on Aug-13-2018.

My return ticket in on Aug-10-2018.

I want to extend my visa for one month?? say till sep 13-2018?? is it possible??

The Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MOLDC) is offering a service to amend the profession as of Sunday, in preparation for implementing the service according to the new criteria of "career matrix" at the beginning of the next Hijri year. The ministry's official spokesman Khalid Abaalkhil said that the service of modifying the new professions that will be implemented at the beginning of the new Hijri year allows the change of professions in light of a number of rules that are in line with international classifications. An automated system will be submitted through the ministry's electronic services portal. The system should verify the matrix related to the prevention of occupational change and verify the application of the different labor rules to the migrant worker who is required to change his profession and the new profession. The official pointed out that the system allows integration service with the Saudi Organization for Engineers, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants to verify that the worker obtains a certificate of practicing a profession if the new profession is from engineering professions, health professions or accounting professions. , And there will be flexibility in adding any future reference bodies. He added that the ministry looks forward to the contribution of this service to the organization of the labor market and providing quality service to the beneficiaries, which raises the quality of the professions and improve the data related to them, thus contributing to the formulation of policies based on data of high statistical quality.

Profession changing started, but there is no option Labor profession change to any other profession. Currently system allows only doctor, engineer,accountant etc same like profession now can change to any other low professions.

I read it and it clearly said change of profession started today but a new system will start from 1st of Muharram. I am asking my contact in ministry of labour and will update everyone on his answer

What about Labour profession?bcz mostly expats are on Labour profession and they want to change from Labour to other professions.

But profession change for Labour is not clear.

It doesn't make any sense why doctor,engineer or accountant can change their professions to low categories.

Please update here, when anyone confirm about the labor profession

But why doctors engineer etc may change their profession to low categories?profession change is beneficial only to Labour and other low profession not to prestigious professions like doctor engineer.Your information regarding this may be wrong bcz it doesn't make any sense that MSLD only resumed profession change for prestigious professions.

                accountant profession is only for saudis so if they allow them to change their profession they may change to other profession and they will continue to work as an account how is this possible the news that came that its allowing for accountant may be fake

in the official website its not mentioned that its only for doctors,engineers and accountants so i think thise we are in the profession other than that has been reserved for saudis can change their profession bcoz one of my friennd is a quality surveyor as per rule surveyor should be a saudi so they never rewed his iqama and he went back and came in new visa

Read this carefully

Conclusion sa per my knowledge it is mentioned that workers who want to change profession must have certificate related to profession that they want to change.it means anyone can change their profession to engineer doctor or accaccountant but must have certificate registered with respective department I.e health,engineering etc.
