Hi

I've just arrived in Manila, and am looking to buy a new car - a Toyota for reliability and hopefully reasonable maintenance costs.

I've received quotes from two dealerships. Are these prices negotiable? Both quotes include insurance and 'free' accessories such as mats & tinting.

I'd appreciate any tips/advice.
