can anyone advise me on English speaking tradesmen in Budapest?

The short review: Tradesmen that speak a foreign language mostly work abroad where they can earn far more. So often the solution is to import tradesmen, hook up with an expat who has trade experience, or get an English speaking general contractor and have him bring in local workers who then do not have to speak English.
