I have a healthcare entitlement card here in Malta as I'm from the U.K. I've visited doctors previously (not really thinking about them being private) and obviously being charged. Where do you get free GP visits near Marsascala? I ask because I'm sure I was told somewhere, perhaps Paola, but just can't remember.
Hopefully someone can help.

If you visit a doctor at a clinic it is free, if you visit a doctor at his surgery or if the doctor comes to you you will be charged. Ours charges €10 or €15 if he comes to us.
Most larger villages have a clinic.
