Advise needed

Hello all,
I am Bulgarian. I work in Sofia as architect. I want to help newcomers to Bulgaria and make some extra money and/or better create new contacts with people.

My positives :
I have good level of English language.
I have one empty room in my apartment.
I have the deeper knowledge about cityscape and architectural history of the major cites in Bulgaria.

My desire :
I want to communicate with people.
I want to help them learn about Bulgaria.
I want to show them cool places around Sofia.

My negatives :
I have no idea how to contact with newcomers. I work in an office and my day is a trip from home to work and than back to home.
I have a little free time during the week. I am free only at the weekends.

So please give me some advice. How to share my knowledge with foreigners. I know it is not good to go to new country and to have some stupid problems like where to eat where to sleep and where to work.
I lived in Italy and there I have many many problems, that only one foreigner will understand. That's why I want to help.
