If you have company in Tbilisi and residence visa for UAE can we import our personnel belongings and household on the name of the company.

No. You wil be subject to import duty and full VAT on all personal belongings above a certain very low value. This is unless you invested 300K and can apply for a PERMANENT Investment Residency Visa. You must have this visa before you try and bring your goods into Georgia and you only have a very short time AFTER this visa is issued to actually get the goods into Georgia, and if you are late then the duty and vat exemption expires and you pay.
