I've seen a few older posts and nothing specific to Orange Walk.
My son and his wife are moving to Belize at the end of the month and we are considering a working holiday.
Does anyone have experience with internet service in the town of Orange Walk?
I am currently living in rural Atlantic Canada and am familiar with less than stellar internet. I can run all the programs I need to work on a 1MB 'high speed' service. We even can use Netflix with this speed.
Just would like some more up to date and hopefully specific information about Orange Walk.

We traveled through a number of towns a couple weeks ago but didn't explore Orange Walk. We bought a MiFi from Smart because we wanted to confirm we could run our IT business from Belize. We had 4G in most places with an occasional slip to 3G. But there were cell towers all over. Along the northern highway you could usually spot 1-2 at a time. We streamed movies with no issues. The MiFi was $120 Belize plus data.
