An expatriate shall have two electrical connections on his CPR ? as my father house has already electrical connection on his name and now for my family he is going to apply another connection and that lease agreement is also on his name .This is because I will reach bahrain with my family later only..
Is it allowed that an expatriate shall have 2 house agreements and 2 electrical connections. One for him and another for his son?

I dont see an issue there, if you can pay the rent of two different flats why not.
