Hello every, I'm Avan and now running a tour company in Indonesia.
I'm now living in Lippo Cikarang, and I rent an apartment (named Oasis), it's very small just around 45m2 and local people here call it studio.. but the rental is 7 million IDR per month. (adds up property fee, water and electricity could be 8 million)..
as i learned from my local friend, the price is even higher than what is the south jakarta.
i've already paid for 6 month, and i just want to try if anyone knows where in Lippo Cikarang could find furnished apartment (or house) with better price?

Thanks for the advice, seems really nice place, but way too big for me.
I live alone, so maybe furnished service apartment fits me better.

Hi Avan,
hope you are doing fine, I suggest you to rent a house and ask for help to local people in your office to find one, better place and affordable price.
I know good apartment here, Trifium if I am not mistaken, it is close to Mall Lippo Cikarang.

for trivium terrace apartment, I think you can have a visit and ask for details, I live in next to trivium and it spends 5 minutes to get there
