Dangerous when full of hot oil. Have you seen the damage caused by hot fat or oil. Fryer is much safer.

It was just a thought.
Yes, I have seen videos with people deep frying turkeys and in some cases burning a part of or the entire house down.

Homepro have some good reasonable priced
Fryers and I thought about the wok but with kids around I thought bad idea.

If you go to department store, Philips and Tefal have air fryers without using oil and healthy.
For deep fried food, the best cooking oil is Rice Bran Oil which is odourless and healthy.
Google it and you know more.
