I guess I need both .. and emergency help as I am so low on cash .. I was on USA SSID for 17 years from SSA, They just cut payments and I called , the rep said because I did not reply to a letter 7 yrs ago .. she said I can hire a lawyer and appeal ..

Sounds like the annual letter they send showing that you are in the Philippines. This happened to me a couple of years ago and Manila sped up the process from 60 days to 6 days to get payments going again
