"Rentals Montenegro" (one of my companies) is the only agency specialised in Long Term Rentals in Montenegro, if you want to go via an agency. Check my profile for the website address. Otherwise, you can always check local newspapers, like Tender Oglasi, but usually the quality is very low, and you can expect to be asked to leave in May / June.
