I'm considering buying a home in near, or in Dominical. Can anyone provide me with a list of the pros and cons?

Suggest you rent in the area you are considering to find out if it really is what you want....and this goes for all areas of the country.
Tends to be very hot & humid, at least to me.
There are many trucks using their jake brakes on the hill going towards San Isidro de El General which can make it very noisy.

) - Anyone who lives here will tell you vehemently, DO NOT BUY ANYWHERE UNTIL YOU HAVE LIVED/RENTED IN THAT AREA FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. You have been forewarned. 😱
