Hi I am Dutch, live in Portugal.. am engaged to an Egyptian I met in Dubai... We are deciding where to get married... Portugal, Dubai, or Alexandria..

What or where we go afterwards is still being discussed.. could be Portugal, Dubai or Egypt... that is for later..

But I am quite interested to see if i can build a social life in the 4-6 months I could be living in Alexandria.. and do charity work? learn Arabic? Use my language skills whilst there? I am bi-lingual Dutch/English fluent in German, and speak conversational Spanish, Portuguese...

First of all congratulations for your marriage and hope you wonderful life
For where you will get married I think in Alex cause of two reasons one it is nice city and you didn't visit before scend you are planning to live here
For learning arabic it is easy for social life there is expats and groups also events
For the charity work there is some charity organisations you can join

Is there a list / overview of charities ? Just curious...
