Hello again everyone! I read in a post that citizenship is $1000-$1500 US. Is this price with or without an attorney? Is there any other additional fees? Thanks

That is not citizenship.
First step is residency. Go read the thread about residencia.
First step is at home getting your documents and submitting to the Dominican consulate there. Cost is us 500 or us 600 each.
Then you come here and file for residencia. Yes use a lawyer. Cost about us 1200 each and up.
You can do it yourself but you better know spanish, the rules and the culture to try it yourself. I dont recommend it.
