Medical Test for KNPC

Hello all,
I got an offer from KNPC as DCS Operator (Operator I). I was asked to do Degree Attestation and Pre-employment medical and I did. I had slightly High cholesterol (228 instead of 200) and Spirometry (Pulmonary functional test) resulted slightly less value. I consulted with 3 doctors in India and everybody declared as Medically fit .(They said to me that  Elevated cholesterol and lower PFT values definitely will not make me unfit ). Rest of all Parameters are well and perfectly normal.

I submitted my Medical Documents on May'17 itself. But till now I have not got any confirmation on my medical approval. (May be due to  Ramadan).
I would like to know, will those medical tests' deviation be a problem or cause rejection?

I desperately need that job, hence I have posted such a lengthy query. Thanks for your valuable time.

Looking forward to hearing from forum.

Thanks in advance.

In all govt deptts it is usual for late process .u should not worry about yr eleviated cholestrol or pulmonart deficiency.the only test are required are u should be malaria/tb/hiv free thats all

Thanks a lot Mr. Pervez for your information and time.

Kindly suggest me the medical center for undergoing fitness tests in Chennai, India.I have an offer from MOH KUWAIT and they insisted that fitness certificate/tests from any Government hospital would suffice!

Hi pervez,

I was asked to do  a lumbar spine x-ray with other test for pre employment medical for Knpc  operator 2 position.  Everything was all fit except in the  lumbar spine it showed scoliosis of spine . I asked in India but the Dr.  Said fine n fit for employment but it is causing a concern as to how others interpret the reports.

Please revert if anyone knows it perfectly.  N whether even in case of rejection they will revert or I'll be waiting infinitely.

Thanks.

Mr.Pervez Iqbal,

KNPC termed as medically unfit and didn't say anything which made me so.  I was not able to contact them as the whole recruitment process has been carried out by an agency. As I stated earlier I don't have any  deviations in medical tests ( except cholesterol and PFT-Spirometry ).
Is there any chance to request for re-medical?
