Hi guys,
I got A*STAR graduate scholarship award and my sponsor university (NTU) applied for my VISA and I submitted the form on 30 June. After about 20 working days my application status is still "Receiving Attention" and since my classes will be started next week, I'm really concern about this issue.
I was working in Singapore last summer as a Research Assistant in the same university (NTU) for about two months but my IPA was issued for four months.
Is there anyone who has the experience like this? I will be thankful if anyone can help me.

You or the school should call ICA to ask about the status, explain the urgency and maybe find out what is holding it up (IF they tell you).
