I suggest you go to your local family doctor who can then refer you, or to any women's health clinic or international hospital in your nearest city. If you live near Hanoi or Saigon there are specialist hospitals for women.
Vietnam has a very high termination rate for pregnancies, so help is readily available. Good luck.
