Hi...any tips please from other expats about living in Lithuania especially Vilnius please.

Hi Jim. Maybe you're here already and don't need anymore tips, but if not I can assist.
Are you moving here for work or just because? My number one suggestion would be to have a local assist with any immigration visits etc. The system in some of those offices seemed like a nightmare and I was lucky to have my fiancee who is Lithuanian navigate for me.
