Can someone recommend a church (non-Catholic or Protestant) which expatriates attend, as well as a cell group?

Hello Yueyee. There is New Life Fellowship with the main church at New Steung Mean Chey Market, Build 9A, 217 St, Phnom Pen. The 10:00 am service is in Khmer with English translator. Visiting speakers are often in English. Heap of expats attend.
